Healthy Families

Health and quality of life are so important¬†— to families and individuals, as well as to neighborhoods and communities. We know that substance use, violence, homelessness, and lack of resources negatively affects the ability to succeed in school, develop the social and emotional skills to foster healthy relationships, communicate and bond as a family, and gain and maintain employment.

To help build healthy families, we focus on substance use and violence prevention, education and training, and collaborative partnerships that provide crisis intervention and a safety net to those most in need.
