For over 25 years, Community Partnership has been a trusted leader, catalyst for change, and a valued resource in Springfield and the surrounding region. We are the “go to” organization when there is an emerging issue that needs to be addressed; we bring people together to create solutions. Our four primary focus areas as follows:
- Affordable Housing & Homeless Prevention
- Community & Neighborhood Development
- Early Childhood & Family Development
- Prevention & Youth Support
Although our programs and services have grown in number and variety over time, our mission remains the same: to facilitate and promote the building of resilient children, healthy families, and strong neighborhoods & communities. Through programming, resource development, and partnership, we are actively working to create the kind of communities we all want to live in.

2020 Annual Report
Last year, we served 68,313 people through our services, programming and community education and awareness campaigns.
9,596 volunteers contributed 35,895 hours along with donated services valued at $6,960,970 to help us meet our mission of building resilient children, healthy families and strong neighborhoods & communities.
In our more than 25-year history, we have remained a trusted leader, a catalyst for change, and a valued resource for solving issues in Springfield and the surrounding region. We are the “go to” organization when there is an emerging issue that needs to be addressed – we bring people together to create solutions.
Community Partnership remains a wise investment with a track record of success. Last year, for every dollar of Caring Communities State funding received, we leveraged an additional $11.34 in resources for our community. That’s a 113% return on investment!
Your support of Community Partnership is an investment in our community’s children, families and neighborhoods. Because of you, we are able to help improve the quality of life for all of us.
Our five core outcomes:
- Children, families, and community members are safe and healthy
- Children are kindergarten-ready and succeeding in school
- Youth are ready to enter productive adulthood
- Parents are working
- Neighborhoods are strong and thriving
We also strive to address the red flags identified in the Community Focus Report, while working to achieve measurable results related to our five core outcomes.
