One Door

When facing a housing crisis, understanding and navigating the systems of services can be confusing and overwhelming.  One Door assists by providing a central point of entry for coordinated intake, assessment, prioritization, and referrals for housing and shelter services.

One Door serves those who are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness throughout Greene, Christian and Webster counties.

  • Adults without a safe, stable place to stay are directed to One Door at New Day (809 N. Campbell Ave.)
  • Families with children experiencing or at risk of homelessness are directed to One Door at O'Reilly Center for Hope (1518 E. Dale St.)

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm

*One Door is closed the first Friday of every month
Inclement weather policy: If Springfield Public Schools are closed, the O’Reilly Center for Hope will also be closed.
