One Door

When facing a housing crisis, understanding and navigating the systems of services can be confusing and overwhelming.  One Door assists by providing a central point of entry for coordinated intake, assessment, prioritization, and referrals for housing and shelter services.

One Door serves those who are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness throughout Greene, Christian and Webster counties.
If you are at risk of becoming homeless or currently without a safe, stable place to stay, please call 417-225-7499 or:

  • if you are an adult without a safe, stable place to stay, please visit One Door at New Day, 809 N. Campbell Ave.
  • if you are a family with kids experiencing or at risk of homelessness, please visit us at the O’Reilly Center for Hope, 1518 E. Dale St.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm

*One Door is closed the first Friday of every month
Inclement weather policy: If Springfield Public Schools are closed, the O’Reilly Center for Hope will also be closed.
